I - Prices

The prices indicated are inclusive of tax per night and service included. Prices are subject to change without notice.

II - Booking conditions

It is customary in the hotel industry that upon arrival, the rooms are made available to customers from 2:00 p.m. and vacated before 12:00 p.m. upon departure. Any overrun may result in the billing of an additional night at the displayed public rate.
The fact of giving a credit card number commits the customer to the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, your information will remain accessible and modifiable.

III- Cancellation

If you have to cancel, thank you for warning in time, respecting the cancellation deadlines.

 

- 100% refundable if the cancellation is confirmed at least 48 hours before arrival.

- Non-refundable if the cancellation is confirmed less than 48 hours before arrival.

 

IV - Extras

All extras (breakfast supplements, ...) must be paid on site before departure. In the absence of payment for these services, these sums will be directly debited.

V - Insurance

The hotel will be released from all obligations in the event that an event of force majeure or fortuitous event occurs (strike, fire, water damage).

VI - Terms of payment

Payment for services will be made upon issuance of the invoice.

VII - Complaints

Any dispute or complaint must be sent to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum period of 8 days after the departure of the customers. After this period, no complaint can be satisfied.
