I - Rates

The rates shown are inclusive of VAT per night and service included. Rates are subject to change without notice.

II - Booking conditions

It is customary in hotels that upon arrival, the rooms are made available to customers from 2:00 p.m. and released before noon on departure. Any overrun may result in the invoicing of an additional night at the public rate displayed.
Giving a credit card number commits the customer to the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale.

In accordance with the data-processing law and freedom of January 6, 1978, the information concerning yourself will remain accessible and modifiable.

III- Cancellation

If you have to cancel, please let us know in good time, respecting the cancellation deadline:

- 100% refundable if cancellation is confirmed at least 48 hours before arrival.

- Non-refundable if cancellation is confirmed after 48 hours before arrival.

 

IV-Extras

All extras (breakfast supplements, etc.) must be paid for on site before departure. In the absence of payment for these services, these sums will be directly debited.

V - Insurance

The hotel will be released from all obligations in the event of an event of force majeure, or fortuitous event, occurring (strike, fire, water damage).

In the event of voluntary damage or not by the customer, the civil liability insurance will be engaged or the costs will be directly debited from the credit card of the reservation.

VI – Methods of payment

Payment for services will be made as soon as the invoice is issued.

VII - Complaints

Any dispute or complaint must be addressed to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum period of 8 days after the departure of the customers. After this period, no claim can be satisfied.
